Share a Project

Invite teammates to collaborate on a project. Collaborators get full access to the project once they log in.

Only the project owner can share a project.

Invite a Collaborator

  1. On the Projects page, open a project's ⋯ (More) menu and click Share.
  2. Enter the collaborator's email address and click Invite.
  3. They appear under Collaborators and get full access the next time they log in.

Manage Collaborators

The Share Project dialog lists everyone with access. To remove someone, hover their row and click the trash icon.

Note

There is a single access level — invited collaborators get full access to the project's BRDs, features, models, test cases, and test data.
